We want you and your child to genuinely enjoy your DANADE™ products. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how our 90-day money-back guarantee, statutory rights, and refunds work.
By purchasing from danade.com, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Scope & Overview
This Policy applies to purchases made directly on danade.com. If you purchased DANADE™ products from a retailer or third-party marketplace, their own return policy will apply.

- 90-day money-back guarantee for orders placed on danade.com.
- Additional 14-day withdrawal right for EU/EEA and UK consumers.
- Separate 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects (see Terms of Service).
2. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return any eligible product purchased from danade.com within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason (including change of mind).
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition, with all major components and accessories included.
- Normal signs of light use are acceptable; however, we may reduce the refund amount where there is excessive wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect or test the product, as permitted by law.
3. EU/EEA & UK Consumers – Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving any reason, in addition to our voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) physically acquire the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to care@danade.com).

Sending this form is optional – any clear statement (for example, a simple email saying “I hereby withdraw from my order #12345 placed on …”) is sufficient and equally valid.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
We will refund all payments received, including the costs of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal (we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier).
4. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from danade.com.
- The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery (or within any longer period required by local law).
- The product must be sent back to the address we provide after you contact us.
We currently do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (you must contact the original seller).
- Gift cards, downloadable content, or purely digital services (if any are offered in the future).
- Bundled products and free gifts. If the product you are returning was sold as part of a bundle or came with a free promotional item (for example, a free hat or accessory included with your purchase), that bundled or free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the bundled or free item, we may deduct its reasonable retail value from your refund.
5. Condition of Returned Items
When returning a product, please:
- Clean the product if it has been used (where appropriate).
- Include all major components, detachable parts, and accessories.
- Use the original packaging if possible, or equivalent protective packaging.
We may issue partial refunds or decline a refund where:
- The product is heavily damaged, excessively worn, or missing essential parts due to misuse or neglect.
- The item has been altered, modified, or used contrary to safety instructions.
This also applies to any bundled or free promotional items supplied with your order. In such cases, we will inform you and explain the basis for any reduction or refusal in line with applicable law.
6. How to Start a Return
6.1 Email us
To initiate a return, please email us at care@danade.com with:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (short explanation).
- Photos or videos if there is a defect, damage, or wrong item.
6.2 Our support team
Our support team will:
- Confirm your eligibility.
- Provide the return address and any specific instructions.
- Inform you whether a prepaid return label is available (for defective or wrong items).
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as we may be unable to link them to your order.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is handled as follows:
- Defective or wrong item (our fault): We will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label, where available.
- Change of mind / non-defective returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the return shipment until it reaches us. You must send your return using a shipping method that provides tracking and proof of delivery (for example, a tracked postal service or courier). We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, and we are not obliged to issue a refund for items that do not reach us.
If you are returning goods from outside Vietnam, international shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the product and confirm its condition.
- If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method wherever possible.
Processing times:
- We aim to complete the inspection and approve or reject the refund within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
Currency & fees:
- Refunds are usually issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
- We are not responsible for:
- Currency conversion differences.
- Bank or payment provider fees.
- Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes you have already paid to authorities or carriers. You may need to contact your local customs office to inquire about possible refunds of such charges.
9. Exchanges
We do not operate a separate “exchange” system at this time.
If you wish to change to a different size, color, or model, the simplest process is to:
- Return the original product according to this Policy; and
- Place a new order for the desired item on danade.com.
In certain cases (for example, defective products), we may offer to send a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability and your preference.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:
- Please contact us at care@danade.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Provide troubleshooting guidance.
- Send replacement parts.
- Offer a full replacement; or
- Arrange a return and refund.
This Policy operates alongside your 2-year limited warranty (see Terms of Service) and any mandatory consumer rights under local law.
11. Relationship to Warranty
This Returns & Refunds Policy covers change-of-mind returns and initial product issues.
Separately, DANADE™ products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects as described in our Terms of Service. If you experience an issue after the return window, you may still be eligible for warranty service.
12. Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy:
- Excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence; or
- Reduces your rights under the EU/EEA and UK 14-day withdrawal rule (if you are such a consumer).
Where local law provides stronger protections than this Policy, those protections shall prevail.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
Substantial changes will apply to purchases made after the new Policy takes effect. Your continued use of danade.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
