This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on danade.com (operated by COZYSEED LLC, trading as DANADE™) are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on danade.com, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Shipping Origins & Destinations

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or at checkout, all DANADE™ products are shipped from Vietnam using trusted logistics partners.

We currently ship to a number of countries and regions, including (but not limited to):

  • Vietnam
  • United States
  • European Union & United Kingdom
  • Selected other countries shown at checkout

The list of available shipping destinations may change and is always reflected at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Standard processing time: typically 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (for example promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to inform you by email.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, estimated delivery times (business days) are:

  • Vietnam: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Europe & Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to, for example:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections and processing
  • Local postal service performance
  • Weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by such factors, as also described in our Force Majeure clause in the Terms of Service.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Any ongoing promotions (for example, free shipping thresholds)

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for certain destinations or order values. Conditions for such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number (where available)
  • A link to track your shipment with the carrier

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • For some destinations or local postal services, tracking events may be limited.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check the tracking link for the latest updates.
  • Contact the carrier directly if there are delivery exceptions.
  • If still unresolved, contact us at care@danade.com with your order number.

6. Risk of Loss or Damage

The transfer of risk is handled in line with our Terms of Service:

  • Customers outside the European Union and United Kingdom: the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.
  • EU and UK consumers: the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the products are delivered to you or to a person you designate to receive them, unless you have chosen your own carrier that is not offered by us.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Import Charges)

For international shipments (outside Vietnam), your order may be subject to import duties, import VAT/GST, and handling fees charged by local customs authorities or carriers when the goods enter your country.

Important points:

  • We are currently not VAT registered in the European Union. Certain sales may therefore be treated as imports and taxed locally in your country.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.
  • Such amounts are set and collected by your local authorities or carriers and are outside of our control. We do not collect or retain these charges.

If you refuse to pay such charges or otherwise refuse delivery, the shipment may be returned to us or, in some cases, destroyed or abandoned by the carrier in accordance with local rules.

Where the parcel is returned and we are able to receive it back into stock, we may refund the product price minus: (i) the original outbound shipping costs, and (ii) any return shipping, customs, import or handling fees that are charged back to us. If the parcel is not returned to us, or is destroyed or abandoned and cannot be recovered, we may not be able to issue any refund.

8. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at the time of ordering.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details;
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts; or
  • Failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point within the carrier’s deadline,

the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier.

Where the parcel is returned and we are able to receive it back into stock, we may offer either:

  • Reshipping the order to a corrected address (additional shipping costs may apply); or
  • A refund of the product price minus the original outbound shipping costs and any return shipping or handling charges billed to us.

We are not responsible for non-delivery where the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete address details or has failed to accept or collect the parcel.

9. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

From time to time, we may offer pre-order items or ship orders in multiple parcels.

  • For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:

  • Ship all items together when the pre-order item becomes available; or
  • Ship items separately (you will be informed if additional shipping charges apply).

Any such details will be explained on the relevant product page or during checkout.

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics, carriers, or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

In case of any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail, except where local law requires otherwise.
